hi, I’m SARAH

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified EMDR Therapist. I specialize in attachment trauma and relational difficulties, and I particularly enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, self-worth, relationship concerns, family-of-origin experiences, and life transitions.

I am currently receiving ongoing clinical supervision from a certified EFT therapist & working towards certification in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). Prior to transitioning to private practice, I worked within a maternal mental health clinic and received advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health; I enjoy supporting women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional transition into motherhood.

My approach integrates a variety of modalities including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, parts work, somatic work, & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together, we'll develop an approach that suits you.
