INSURANCE

In California, I currently accept Aetna, United, Anthem, Cigna, & Oxford insurance plans.

In Washington, I currently accept Aetna, United, Carelon, Oscar, and Oxford insurance plans.

RATE

If you are paying out of pocket, my fee is 180 for an individual 50 minute session and 200 for couples.

I can provide superbills for possible reimbursement.
