CLInical supervision for associate therapists

I am in approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of California. I provide clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers in California.

I offer clinical supervision for ACSWs seeking a supportive, collaborative space to grow in both confidence and clinical skill. My approach is grounded in ethical and legal standards, thoughtful case conceptualization, and evidence-based clinical practice.

I recognize that becoming a therapist is a deeply developmental process. I aim to create an environment where associates feel supported and challenged with space to ask questions, explore uncertainty, strengthen clinical judgment, and develop their authentic style as a therapist.

My own clinical work is strongly informed by attachment theory and trauma-informed approaches. For associates interested in developing a practice with similar specialities, supervision can be a wonderful way to begin.
